Instructional Coaches are responsible for overseeing our Teaching Fellows in delivering instructional content in a structured and supportive classroom setting for middle school students. Through regular modeling, observation, and coaching, Instructional Coaches help Breakthrough Teaching Fellows learn to teach effectively, plan diligently, and become immersed in education.
