Tell us about one way in which Breakthrough shaped your path?
Breakthrough showed me that I want to work in education for the rest of my life! I can’t live without being in an educational atmosphere!
Shower of praise– who was a Breakthrough student or teacher who shaped your path and why?
My partner teacher, Andrea was an amazing person to work with as we could bounce ideas off of each other and although we did not meet in person until the end of the summer (when she flew to Boston from Miami to surprise our kids!) we developed a strong friendship virtually.
Most memorable Breakthrough moment?
When one of my students wrote his entire final story a week early and was so excited for my feedback and was recognized by the rest of his class for his hard work and openness in his story.
