Instructional Coaches

Instructional Coaches are master teachers with a passion for training, mentoring and supporting the next generation of urban educators. Instructional Coaches guide and support our teaching fellows as they embark on their first classroom experience by providing regular observations, feedback sessions, lesson plan support and ongoing professional development. We work hard to engage teachers from our partner schools and districts as coaches. And many of our teaching fellow alum return to serve as Instructional Coaches at Breakthrough!
