How has Breakthrough stuck with you in a big way and in a small way?
One big way is the growth mindset; I have learnt how to make mistakes confidently and with low pressure. Being open to feedback is important to the work we do for the kids. I also loved learning that the work we do is best done in a healthy thriving and loving community. There is no small way!
