Hosted annually in December, Breakthroughs in Education is a speaker forum that brings together individuals passionate about educational equity to hear from leading education experts. This year, Dr. Roberto Gonzales (Harvard Graduate School of Education), Dr. Christine Leider (Boston University) and Dr. Mariela Páez (Boston College) will discuss the topic You Are Welcome to Learn Here: Effective Education for Immigrant Youth. Moderated by the Boston Globe’s Marcela E. García.
